Best Swing Trade Alert Services – Based on Personal Experience

Neither CashBlog nor its writers are financial advisors.  Nothing published on our website is financial advice.  Our articles are strictly educational.

Swing trade alert services offer a way for investors to get alerted when swing trade opportunities set up.

Swing trades are when someone makes a stock or options trade that is held for a relatively short period.  As opposed to long-term investing, swing trades are investments that are typically only held for a few days to a few weeks.

The benefit of using a swing trade service is that it can be hard and time-consuming to find swing trade opportunities on your own, let alone to profit from them.

Finding a good swing trade alert service can be hard because there are so many hucksters out there.

That’s why we have come in and done the work to identify what we feel are the very best swing trade alert services.  Stock Market Guides publishes research about the best swing trade alert services, and we used some of that information to create this list.

Here’s our list:

Mindful Trader

The Mindful Trader trade alert service is run by Eric Ferguson.

He researched historical price tendencies in the stock market to determine an investing approach.

The idea is that his trading strategy might put the odds in his favor for swing trades.

He leans on those odds when he posts his alerts, as he relies strictly on his research to make trades.  He doesn’t make discretionary trades that fall outside the rules of his researched strategy.

The swing trade alerts look like this most times:

You can use any trading platform you want to make the swing trades, although he uses Think or Swim and has tutorials for using it on his site.

He’s pretty aggressive about position sizing.  But that’s what it takes to achieve the returns shown in his research, which suggests triple-digit returns might be possible in some years.

Benzinga Pro

Benzinga is one of the biggest names in the stock trading industry. They offer name-brand recognition and are well known for the news feed they provide to trading platforms.

Benzinga Pro is their swing trade alerts service.

It offers several advantages to traders. In addition to providing timely alerts on potential trades, Benzinga Pro claims to offer the fastest newsfeed in the industry, enabling traders to take advantage of market opportunities as quickly as possible.

There are a number of features included in Benzinga Pro, including keyword search, sentiment indicators, and filtering options. Members can also share their ideas and discuss the latest trade alerts in a real-time chat room. Detailed analyses and commentary on each alert provide valuable insight into the trade setup and potential risks.

To use Benzinga Pro, you have to pay a monthly fee. They offer tier-based subscriptions, with the most expensive tier costing $457 per month. Their most popular level is $197 a month. They also offer a free trial for some membership levels.

Benzinga Pro is an excellent choice for those looking to take their swing trading to the next level with a robust set of customizable options. Consider this platform if you want to get alerts from one of the most recognizable names in the industry.

Swing Trading Club

The Swing Trading Club is a service where you can be alerted through their swing trading chat room when trade opportunities come up.  They use a discord server as the chat room.

They cater to both stock and option swing trades in their chat room.

The Swing Trading Club also has a swing trading course that teaches popular swing trading chart patterns and indicators.  It’s a nice complement to the chat room trade alerts.

It’s the most affordable alerts service listed in this article and last we checked, the service is free for the first month.

Options Trading Club

Options Trading Club is a Discord-based platform focused on options trading. They market themselves as a skilled, selective group of traders who focus on educating each other.

The swing trade alerts from Options Trading Club come through their Discord chat room.  If you’re looking for alerts through text, these guys don’t offer that.  But if you simply sign in to the chat room and leave the tab open on your computer, you can set it up to give you audible alerts when there are new trades posted in the discord chat room.

They focus on a high ROI with their investing strategy, which is similar to many other options trading strategies considering the leverage that options provide.

Their standard membership rate is $99 a month and gives you full access to their Discord chat room.

The Options Trading Club might be a good fit for you if you like the idea of being part of a community.  It’s also a good option to consider if you’re already familiar with Discord and are a member of other Discord servers.

Hashtag Investing

Hashtag Investing (#investing) is a swing trade alert service that has been around for over ten years. It claims to be one of the most accurate services available, with a success rate of over 80%.

Each trade idea is analyzed in detail before it is sent out, allowing subscribers to decide whether to participate.

Due in part to Hashtag Investing’s use of the Discord platform, which was initially popular with gamers but is now used by businesses of all kinds, customer service is considered excellent.

To help subscribers learn more about trading, Hashtag Investing provides regular webinars and educational materials.

Three tiers of pricing offer increasing access to content and analysis, starting at $25 per month for the Rookie tier to $950 per year for the Hall of Fame tier.

If you are unsatisfied with the results, you can request a full refund. This gives you peace of mind knowing you can try out the service at no risk.

There is a learning curve for those unfamiliar with using Discord as a method of communication. But ultimately, Discord is just a chat room, and once you get into the groove, then you’re just regularly tracking updates.

If you are more into the Discord community and prefer to communicate using Discord, consider Hashtag Investing as a swing trading alerts service to use.

Trade Ideas

Using artificial intelligence algorithms, Trade Ideas provides real-time alerts, analysis, and commentary.

In addition to live training classes and tutorial videos, Trade Ideas offers 1:1 training sessions to help you become more proficient as a swing trader.

Trade Ideas offers both a standard and a premium monthly subscription fee.

The standard option costs $118 per month but does not come with suggested entry and exit signals. So that’s not a true swing trade alert service in the usual sense. But it includes a live trading room and real-time streaming of trade ideas.

The premium option is the one that comes with the suggested entry and exit signals for swing trades, and that option costs $228 per month.

A service like Trade Ideas may be the right fit for you if you like using a swing trading strategy based on algorithms and artificial intelligence.

In Conclusion

Swing trading can offer a way to amplify your returns, but it comes with risk.  Using one of the best swing trading services might help you improve your odds of success.

That’s the purpose of our article here:  to help you identify which swing trade alert service could be the most helpful for your bottom line.
