A good system should limit the hold time and this should be properly implemented. Annoying waiting automated voice messages should be ignored and something less annoying should be used.

2. Speak to customers like real people: Less scripted communication should be there in order to get a positive revert back. Positive language is framed accordingly to work perfectly. Right tools should be provided for translation if needed.

3. Making communication a number one priority: For quality customers, a good communication is must so it should be considered as the number one priority and is should be followed by every member of the team. From phone conversation to the e mails and also communication taken place in real time should be given a great importance. Guidelines must be created to make the communication with customers a better job. If a company is able to shape up all the policies of the communication then it will likely to help more customers and eventually will attract more and more customers.
